COVID-19 Info + Policies
Given the Guidelines for Washington State, and recommendations from the American Counseling Association + the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Emboldened Mental Health (EMH) has made a few relevant changes to comply with these guidelines in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
For your protection, please note these relevant changes:
Until further notice, we are now only offering virtual, Telehealth therapy services. When you schedule an appointment, we will be in touch with you regarding further instructions for your appointment. We are using SimplePractice (our Client Portal) as the virtual counseling platform.
Increased availability for brief emails and phone calls. Given the sensitive nature of the season we’re in and potential lack of confidential spaces to access virtual counseling, you’re welcome to reach out between sessions for additional support where needed. If you wish to schedule sooner than your scheduled session, please send an email to brianne@emboldenedmentalhealth.com or send a secure message via the SimplePractice Client Portal to see if there is an opening available for you sooner.
For more information on precautions for COVID-19, check out the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) Guidance.
If you find yourself in an immediate crisis, please call 9-1-1, the National Suicide Prevention Hotline (1.800.273.8255), or your local county crisis response center.
